Love does hurt; It is a process.

Love can hurt; it is a process!

Where are you;  in the process?

Jesus; demonstrates this for us:

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Because;  it requres us to die to ourselves!

I truly believe that; this verse is used so often; we forget; and perhaps; take for granted; what this truly means;

How painful; it must have been for God.

Yes, he is God.

I can’t even fathom; the Pain He must have felt!!!!

The pain Jesus,  must have felt;  When He said “Abba , Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me; nevertheless not what I will, but thy will.

Dying to ones self is very painful.

Apostle Paul;  reached that point as well.

1 Corinthians 15:31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.

We must;  surrender, our will to His Will.

Pain hurts!

Realizing;  love reqires; us to give when we are tired and when it hurts.

I know that marriage is not always easy.

I know; that it can feel lonely in the midnight hour.

I just want to encourage you.

God knows and God sees.

Sometimes; we must encourage ourselves.

My heart goes out to people that are experiencing growth pains; in any area of their lives;  when God awakes you at that wee hour in the morning;  listen to Him.

There is a reason.

Again;  Love is not always convenient.

This is why; I suggest you fall in love with The Lord first.

So that we can experience;  what it is like to Love and give;  firsthand.

Then, we are not so easily provoked to give up.

Whether it be:

Our Spouse,

Our Children,

Our Parents,

Our Parents; devote their Time and Effort to us; when they were younger.

Do not throw them away. Now.

Regardless;  of what stage of life you may find yourself In.

Be kind, be understanding, be loving, be patient.

This too, shall pass.

P.S. Love THEM; ANYWAY! !!

John 10:17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I do lay down my life,  that I might take it again.

John 10:18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself.  I have power to lay it down,  and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

Please know; the Jewish people; did not take Jesus’s life.

Per Scriptures: He gave his life!

Truth is; He loved us.

He did and was willing to sacrifice for YOU AND I.

HE was 33 years of age. Do you think that it was convenient?
