Philippians 2:14: Do all things without murmurings and disputings:/update
Do you; complain about everything?
Do you complain to everyone?
If you; are going to complain; just don’t do it.
When we do that; we are not benefitting anyone.
We have already been instructed; to love.
When we are walking in love; we have nothing; to complain about.
Our mouths; can get us into trouble.
Besides; watch who; do you think you are talking to?
2 Chronicles 26:16: But when he was strong, his heart was lifted up to his destruction: for he transgressed against the LORD his God, and went into the temple of the LORD to burn incense upon the altar of incense.
2 Chronicles 26:17: And Azariah the priest went in after him, and with him fourscore priests of the LORD, that were valiant men:
2 Chronicles 26:18: And they withstood Uzziah the king, and said unto him, It appertaineth not unto thee, Uzziah, to burn incense unto the LORD, but to the priests the sons of Aaron, that are consecrated to burn incense: go out of the sanctuary; for thou hast trespassed; neither shall it be for thine honour from the LORD God.
2 Chronicles 26:19: Then Uzziah was wroth, and had a censer in his hand to burn incense: and while he was wroth with the priests, the leprosy even rose up in his forehead before the priests in the house of the LORD, from beside the incense altar.
2 Chronicles 26:20: And Azariah the chief priest, and all the priests, looked upon him, and, behold, he was leprous in his forehead, and they thrust him out from thence; yea, himself hasted also to go out, because the LORD had smitten him.
2 Chronicles 26:21: And Uzziah the king was a leper unto the day of his death, and dwelt in a several house, being a leper; for he was cut off from the house of the LORD: and Jotham his son was over the king’s house, judging the people of the land.
2 Chronicles 26:22: Now the rest of the acts of Uzziah, first and last, did Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, write.
Note: This is what anger will get you; if we are not careful.
Do you want to hear someone complain all the time?
The next time; that you get ready to complain; listen to yourself.
What do you think?
We can’t be one way; in the church and a different way outside; the church.
Keep your word!
God is faithful!
Numbers 23:19: God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Is there anything; you have promised; to the Lord?
That you failed to do?
Because; after you prayed and the Lord answered; you’re pray;
That desperation; that you felt went away.
Suddenly; you were hit with a case of amnesia?
Let me encourage you!
Ecclesiastes 5:4: When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.
We all have issues; problems.
What counts; is how we handle them.
Hebrews 6:13: For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself,
Not a one of has attained.
Everyone; of us can pray.
Luke 11:1: And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.
Luke 11:2: And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.
Luke 11:3: Give us day by day our daily bread.
Luke 11:4: And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.
Salvation is there; for the receiving.
We can all repent.
1 John 1:9: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Getting angry; is scriptural.
Ephesians 4:26: Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
It is how we handle the anger; even more so:
How we allow the anger to handle us?
Ephesians 4:27: Neither give place to the devil.
We must be very careful about getting angry.
When; the enemy would confront Jesus:
Luke 4:8: And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
The enemy will use the word of God:
Luke 4:10: For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee:
Once we allow the spirit of anger to enter us; we lose control.
We become destructive.
If; not to others; to ourselves.
When we lash out; we hurt others.
I guess; that is where; the saying comes from:
“Hurting people; hurt people!”
If we do not let it out appropriately; we hurt ourselves.
I have been there; and done that!
Every time; someone is trying to correct you/I.
Does not mean; they are angry.
The Lord; healed me in 2009.
Glory to God!
I use to get so angry; I could actually hear; my heart pounding!
Galatians 5:1: Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
The anger; is not worth it; to my health or my spirit!
Mark 7:21: For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
Mark 7:23: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
Ecclesiastes 7:9: Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.
