“What is the difference between the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven?”

Answer: While some believe that the Kingdom of God and Kingdom of Heaven are referring to different things, it is clear that both phrases are referring to the same thing. The phrase “kingdom of God” occurs 68 times in 10 different New Testament books, while “kingdom of heaven” occurs only 32 times, and only in the Gospel of Matthew. In response to this, some interpreters have come to the conclusion, with the understanding of the Jewish nature of the Gospel of Matthew, that Matthew was writing concerning the millennial kingdom while the other New Testament authors were referring to the universal kingdom. However, a study of the use of the phrase reveals that this interpretation is in error.

For example, in the story of the rich young ruler in Matthew 19:16-24, Christ uses “kingdom of heaven” to speak of the spiritual kingdom. “Then Jesus said to his disciples, ‘I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven’” (v. 23). In the very next verse, Christ proclaims, “Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” So, in answer to the rich young ruler’s question concerning eternal life (v. 16), Christ uses the phrases “kingdom of God” and “kingdom of heaven” interchangeably.

Mark and Luke used “kingdom of God” where Matthew used “kingdom of heaven” quite frequently. In the same parable, the authors used different words, indicating that the two are referring to the same thing. Compare Matthew 11:11-12 with Luke 7:28; Matthew 13:11 with Mark 4:11 and Luke 8:10; Matthew 13:24 with Mark 4:26; Matthew 13:31 with Mark 4:30 and Luke 13:18; Matthew 13:33 with Luke 13:20; Matthew 18:3 with Mark 10:14 and Luke 18:16; and Matthew 22:2 with Luke 13:29. In each of these instances, Matthew used the phrase “kingdom of heaven” while Mark and/or Luke used “kingdom of God.” Clearly, the two phrases are interchangeable because they refer to the same thing.

Matthew 25:26: His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:

GENESIS 14:18: And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.

EL-SHADAI- MORE THAN ENOUGH

El-Shaddai means God Almighty. El points to the power of God Himself. Shaddai seems to be derived from another word meaning breast, which implies that Shaddai signifies one who nourishes, supplies, and satisfies. It is God as El who helps, but it is God as Shaddai who abundantly blesses with all manner of blessings.

2 Timothy 3:2: For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2 Timothy 3:3: Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
2 Timothy 3:4: Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2 Timothy 3:5: Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

2 Timothy 3:7: Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

2 Timothy 3:17: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Hebrews 13:5: Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

I thank God for everything in my life. I give God the credit; for my Husband that chose me and loved me; and for our children. The outcome of my life!

Even when I thought that I was responsible for this or that happening in my life; I realize that it was ALL God!

There are a lot of things in my life that have been dropped! Please; don’t think that I am saying that I have attained. I am saying that I realize just how messed up I was. “But God”; I thank God for his Grace, Mercy and Patience with me. I am so grateful that God did not given up on me. Hebrews 13:5: Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

I am more intentionally dependent upon the Lord! Maybe, that was where God wanted me all along?

There are no secrets between the Lord and I. There never was. I don’t know what I was thinking; it is not as if you don’t tell Him; He will not know; yeah right.

Now, I intentionally tell Him everything…. I want Him to hear it from me!

Have you ever realized that God refers to us as children? 1 John 4:4: Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. I thank God that I am still His child. Some have matured more than others. Nevertheless; we are all still His children, regardless of our ages!

Matter of fact: Matthew 18:3: And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

When I look at my Children, their spouses, my Grandchildren; friends, etc, I know without a shadow of a doubt. God loves me. It is not that He doesn’t love other people; I just believe that He loves me!

What I am going through is only a test. I am so Grateful and Thankful. God still deals with me; my heart! You don’t hear me! I feel my help!! My God! My God! My God!

There was a song that was sung; “If the Lord doesn’t do anything else for me; He’s done enough”!

Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

If you ever wonder; why I say some things; three times. I say one for the Father; one for the Son; and one for the Holy Ghost.

Someone; said I looked happy. I am! You don’t know like I know what the Lord has done in and for me!

God Will Do Just What He Said

Philippians 4:19: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Sometimes, we can have too much information as well as too many choices. Back in the day, we had vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream. My Mother had Black walnut. As a child, that did not sound good or taste good. Sometimes our knowledge is limited. Now we have so much information available to us; which is not always good. The more you know, the more you are responsible for.

satan gets into everything . It is amazing what technology can afford us to do in reaching the masses, at the same time; the Internet has allowed access to things that are not Godly. This is one of the reasons we should guard our ear gate, eye gate, and watch what we repeat. This is something that we should always be doing. It did not just start. It is growingly important that we make right choices.

If we were to make a list of what we need and make a list of what we want; they would be different. It states in Psalm 37:4: Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. The question is; are you willing to receive what God sends? Who knows maybe what you want is wrapped in what you need?

Preach!

Matthew 10:7: And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Matthew 10:8: Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
Matthew 10:9: Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses,
Matthew 10:10: Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat.
Matthew 10:11: And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence.

Matthew 10:12: And when ye come into an house, salute it.
Matthew 10:13: And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.
Matthew 10:14: And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

I just believe that God prepares the way for His People. When we look at Jesus’s life, and all that He went through. We should take notice. Everything was not perfect. We often get saved and believe that I will be on easy street from here on out!

I am here to let you know; the battle has just began. If we are going to follow Christ, we should count up the cost? There is no turning back. Please, don’t half-way do anything. Once you have made up your mind; move forward.

Regardless; of what God has planned for me. I have chosen to follow Him. God has a great retirement plan. Think about it.

I have a great imagination! Can you imagine being with the Lord? My God! My God! My God!

If being in His presence now overwhelms me and can bring me to my knees, and tears!

My trials and tribulations do not compare: 2 Corinthians 4:17: For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

I have Jesus in my view. What’s in your view? I know that God does see me; hears me and He knows.

We can’t allow ourselves to be caught up in the cares of this life: Luke 21:34: And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

At times; we have to preach to ourselves. This is why it is important who we listen to and what we listen to!

Unspotted From The World

I was talking with one of my Sons, and I said to him, when we follow Jesus; it can be a lonely road at times. Do we really need all the people that are around us? When I look at my own life, I really don’t need all the people that are around me. Did God plan this? I just believe that God knows and sees the end before the beginning. Isaiah 46:10: Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: I have realized that nothing in my life has been an accident.

Jesus had 12 disciples and one of them: John 6:70: Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil? It is not that Jesus did not know beforehand. The Bible is being fulfilled. Remember….when Moses was on the backside of the desert? God dealt with Him at that point.

I feel as though, I’ve been on the backside of the desert. God and I have become very, very close; I have a personal, intimate relationship with Christ. There are something’s in my life that God has simply said NO to. I know that there are people that think I am crazy. That’s okay. As long as God is pleased with me! God’s will shall be done In my life; I have submitted, surrendered and committed my life to Him. It requires my being: unspotted from the World: James 1:27: Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world….It is true: 1 John 2:16: For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

I Renew My Vow

Acts 18:18: And Paul after this tarried there yet a good while, and then took his leave of the brethren, and sailed thence into Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila; having shorn his head in Cenchrea: for he had a vow.

We use to sing a song “I made a vow to the Lord and I won’t go back” as I am being faced with the different trials and test in my life: Proverb 18:24: A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. 2 Corinthians 2:11: Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

I am older and wiser now; thanks be to God. God knows me and satan knows what I like. He cannot tempt me with something I dont want. James 1:14: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

So, if I realize this. I don’t have to fall! I still choose Jesus. God has and will continue to keep me as long as I choose Him; I declare unto you that God will keep you if you want to be kept! I am determined to make it with the Lord. Time out for playing!

I have made a committment to the Lord. It is my choice to keep my end of the commitment, remember this is a relationship. No one can do this for me. This is between God and I. Lord; I humble myself to you in the name of Jesus!

Let God Do It!

Philippians 4:6: Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

The situations and things that are going on in my life and yours; that we have tried within ourselves to fix, give it to God and leave it; with Him. Even; if it is a person. Every solution to our problems; began with God. God is a part of all our equations. May I suggest that we get out of God’s way! Sometimes the hardest thing for us to do is nothing!

I Have A Yet Praise!

Psalm 42:11: Why art thou cast down, O my soul?  and why art thou disquieted within me?  hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

Psalms:43:5: Why art thou cast down, O my soul?  and why art thou disquieted within me?  hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

Psalm 71:14: But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.

What do you do, when your circumstances are out of your control? I will yet praise the Lord!

What do you do when you have made all the right choices; yet I still do without? I yet praise the Lord!

What do you do when you can’t express your feelings the way you use to? I yet praise the Lord!

What do I do when I know another way to get things done? I yet praise the Lord! And thank God that I am a new creature and I stay in His will!

When the people that you trusted are talking about me! I yet praise the Lord! Because I know that I haven’t said anything in secret that I will be embarrassed for it to be heard in the open. Mark 4:22: For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad. I yet praise the Lord!

What do I do when Family does not understand? I pray for all of us and I yet praise the Lord!

When times; get extremely difficult. I yet praise The Lord! Even the More; my deliverance is near!

What do I do when I know that I am a Child of God! Isaiah 59:19: So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun.  When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

Damascus Road Experience

Acts 9:3: And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

Each and every one of us needs to have our very own personal Damascus road experience! Until you have had your very own Damascus road experience with the Lord. We live off our parents or Grandparents experience. We will not personally understand the depths of God’s love for us. Until you really focus on His love for you; the price that He paid on Calvary. It will be just something you have heard about. When He becomes My God! Things changed. I changed; my view of things changed, my perspective, my actions, my thoughts all changed for my good! Have you had a personal experience with Christ? I challenge you to try Him! You will never be the same again!

Dance for the Lord; while you have a chance

It is such a joy to see someone go forth in the Holy Dance. The first time that I had went to a church service; after I had had the Stoke. I just cried, there was a young lady that just danced across the floor. I was no longer able to dance. It put a smile on my face to be able to be an eye-witness to see someone else rejoice in the Lord. The feelings are coming back in my legs. I believe that the Lord is the great choreographerb. It will happen in the Lord’s will, the Lord’s time and His way. It will happen. We should not move unless the Spirit moves us.

I have to laugh at myself; I was sitting asking the Lord to allow me to sing, not that I was such a great singer to begin with I thought that it was great to be able to sing for the Lord. The Lord said to me, “Open your mouth”. I have tried to sing, I sound horrible. God did not say that I had to sound a certain way before He will accepts my praise.

1 John 3:6: Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

1 John 4:20: If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

Romans 5:5: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

John 15:15: Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

I now understand because; I have experienced these things in my Journey and in my relationship with Christ! To give my Life back to Him! I believe that God has given me the gift of life; what I do with it is my gift back to Him! Think about it!

John 15:13: Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

The Last Judgment

Jesus is our example. If you are going to mimic or be like anyone; be like Jesus!

This was the heading in my Bible.

Matthew 25:1: Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
Matthew 25:2: And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
Matthew 25:3: They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
Matthew 25:4: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
Matthew 25:5: While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
Matthew 25:6: And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
Matthew 25:7: Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
Matthew 25:8: And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
Matthew 25:9: But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
Matthew 25:10: And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
Matthew 25:11: Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
Matthew 25:12: But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
Matthew 25:13: Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
Matthew 25:14: For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
Matthew 25:15: And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
Matthew 25:16: Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
Matthew 25:17: And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
Matthew 25:18: But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.
Matthew 25:19: After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
Matthew 25:20: And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
Matthew 25:21: His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
Matthew 25:22: He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
Matthew 25:23: His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
Matthew 25:24: Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
Matthew 25:25: And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
Matthew 25:26: His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
Matthew 25:27: Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
Matthew 25:28: Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
Matthew 25:29: For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
Matthew 25:30: And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 25:31: When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
Matthew 25:32: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
Matthew 25:33: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Matthew 25:34: Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Matthew 25:35: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
Matthew 25:36: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

Calleth Those Things That Be Not As Though They Were

Romans 4:17: (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Jeremiah 29:13: And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

Judges 6:12: And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour.

Jeremiah 30:17: For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.

Jeremiah 1:5: Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Jeremiah 1:7: But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

Jeremiah 1:8: Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

Jeremiah 1:9: Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

Jeremiah 1:10: See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

Isaiah 46:9: Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
Isaiah 46:10: Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

Matthew 5:18: For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Matthew 5:19: Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Hebrews 10:35: Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.

Regardless of what it looks like: God has not changed His position. Don’t you change yours? Ephesians 6:13: Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Who are you trying to please? Remember; this is not about you or me!

I don’t know about you. I want to receive the best that God has for me. I will be happy to make it in to heaven, I am taking the necessary steps to make it in: Romans 10:9: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:10: For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:11: For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Romans 10:12: For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
Romans 10:13: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. I believe; sometimes we need to go back to the basics. To the beginning.

I have asked the Lord that my desires be coupled with His will. Whatever the Lord desires for my life; that is what I want. I want to please him: Hebrews 11:6: But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Because; I want to please Him. The Word also states: Psalm 84:11: For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Integrity shall guide me; Proverb 11:3: The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them. I have remembered and returned to my First love; Revelation 2:4: Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. 1 Corinthians 2:9: But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

I ask the Lord; years ago; to please not take me higher in Him, until I had gotten deeper in Him. You see, there are some blessings that I do not want God to give me until I am ready for.

I thank God for preserving me, I thank Him for my deliverance. I just don’t believe that satan can touch God’s children; without permission from God. Remember; Job? When we voluntarily; step outside of the will of God. We open the door for satan and let him in, we willingly step out from under God’s covering. We may repent. 1 John 1:9: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. God will forgive us! Sin has it’s own consequences. God in His mercy is still a good God!

Even when I have done wrong. I want to learned the intended lesson fom the Lord! You see I also heard a sermon years ago that said God is the only one that will fire you and not inform you. Makes sense to me now!

2 Timothy 2:3: Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 6:14: Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

1 Peter 5:10: But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Please take it from me; God is a God of Love; He is also a God of wrath. We may think of war as wrath; God will give you what may appear; as your own personal battle; remember; 2 Chronicles 20:15: And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s. 2 Chronicles 7:14: If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Repent, Appreciate God, Love Him and Thank Him and Praise Him. Remember; things could always be worse than they are in YOUR life. Just as I have said just because the World does not end tomorrow; doesn’t mean yours won’t! Think about it!

Barbara’s Transformation

Transformation: change; alter (radical one)

In my life; at my age (Smile) I’m learning to live a different way. I have already been Born-Again. Interesting.. When I gave birth to my twins (an hour long process) One of the nurses said “We have had to do every thing to her twice; she will have twins” she was more excited than I was when I had them.

You see; I had all the proper prenatal care. Back then they did not do ultrasounds unless there were problems. I (was employed) worked up until my 8th month of pregnancy. Went to the Doctor; one day. Walked up to labor and delivery…..The rest is history.

Now, during these last few months; I feel as though; I’ve been Born Again, Again!

My whole life has been……I’ll just say interesting…..God has been dealing with me since an early age. Did I realize or know that it was God? No!

When I look back over my life; I can see residue that it has been God; all along!

My thought pattern has even changed; you ask how! Philippians 4:8: Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

I very careful as to what I watch on tv, what I listen to, the most difficult thing for me to do; is to watch my mouth: James:3:8: But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. I’m just being honest, It has helped that I listen to the Lord more and I am careful as to whom I am around! Even with that. I have to just about bite a whole; in my tongue!

We can perceive some things; God will bind whatever you/I bind: Matthew 16:19: And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Matthew 18:18: Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

I am actually exercising. (Me) We all have choices. Enough is enough. God always does his part. I need to do mine. I am not doing it for anyone; I’m doing it for me.

My life has changed; my relationships with my children have changed.

Matter of fact my relationship with myself has changed!

We as individuals make choices every day. You/I must make better choices. Currently I am not working; I currently don’t have a husband, I no longer have children at home. I thank God that my children are raising their own children. (That’s God) My children lost their Father at an early age. My Sons are determined to be good Father’s to their children. My Daughter’s are more like me; than we are willing to admit. (Smile)

When I was raising them my focus and my responsibility was on them; don’t get me wrong. I was not a perfect parent. They have not been perfect children. “But God” has kept us all!

It is interesting to hear their view of me!

When God said to me not to criticize, condemn or judge. He meant period! I still do believe that we each have an ordained place to be! Not to complain!

When God directs you to do something; you don’t ever need to get an opinion Poll (God is the majority).

We all should be respectful, appreciative, and supportive of our leaders. We must have our own personal relationship with Christ. You/I can’t have a meaningful relationship with Him and not spend time with Him! Think about it. We can’t pay Jesus for all that he has done for us.

God will test you/I to show us exactly what is in us.

When God shows us what is in us; that needs to be removed. We should Humble ourselves admit it, ask and allow God to remove it.

I am at the point in my life; I truly believe that I can live without anyone in my life. “But God” I have been in situations in my life in the last few years; that no matter how much my children love me; no matter how much people pray for me.

God and my children should be the ones that should help me, in His time! Sometimes; I just need to wait. I am aware of the difficult times. My Children have families of their own. Each of them knows that I expect for them to take care of my babies.

With God’s help; I am actually living what I know to the best of my abilities. Even with My issues; I have tried to listen more. My enemy has come from a place that I did not expect. Luke 12:39: And this know, that if the Goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.

Luke 21:36: Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Prayer for Inmates

I realize that we should want and we need for God to protect us. No matter what. “Church folks” have a tendency to lose all compassion on you when you make a mistake; which is when we need the Lord the most!

Hebrews 7:25: Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Don’t you dare; sit back and judge one sin over another, we can’t and should not try and classify sin; sin is sin. 1 John 5:17: All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.. . Unless Jesus helps us all, we will not make it! Some of us have sinned; just not caught. Some people have committed the same crimes as another person has; they just didn’t get caught. If we are going to be like Christ; we need to be His example in every area of life.

People have a tendency to turn on you when you need them the most! Did God turn on us when you needed him the most? Think about it! No, we are not Christ, hopefully we are striving to be an example: 1 Timothy 4:12: Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

People seem to all of a sudden tend to believe that you got yourself into it, get yourself out. I beg to differ; being myself, or the enemy; Sometimes; the spirit that is working in you is not the Spirit of God!

Not everyone had the same parents, the same teaching, etc. You were blessed with! Don’t ever think that everybody knows what you know! Not from the standpoint you or I know so much; from the standpoint: Colossians 3:25: But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

There are somethings that people are going to go through because of the calling that God has on their lives. This is one of the reasons you don’t give up on people. Since we can’t tell the future; Just Pray!

I know at least one of my Sons; went to jail; I know that my children don’t tell me everything; I still love them and maybe because of the way we went to church. I don’t know who was hurting the most when I went to see him. Him or I? He did not want me to see him in there any more than I wanted to see him in there! It took him nearly 20 years for the Police to leave him alone! It is not the police’s fault. There are consequences to our actions. He did not have to go to prison; only by the “Grace of God” matter a fact a lady he did not know told him; he would not have to serve any time, someone was praying for him. My God. God is good to us in so many ways. Never stop praying! All credit goes to God. Don’t ever think that God isn’t giving our children their own testimonies!

As Parents because some of us realize that it can be difficult to watch God work! Hebrews 12:11: Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.

Acts 16:25: And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.

2 Corinthians 11:25: Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;
