Has God healed me where I was hurting? Thank God the pain is gone. I mean the Pain in my heart.
I’m talking about the kind of pain that “Only an inside Man” could heal. Jesus!
I had some self-destructive behavior. You know; we can make satans job easier. Wake up and realize whose side you are on.
2 Chronicles 7:14: If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Don’t get me started on God’s Grace, Love, Mercy, Kindness, etc.
God is; my everything; my all in all.
Words cannot express my gratitude to Him.
There are times; I just feel like singing. Just between the Lord and I.
Be sure you know your own strengths and your own weaknesses.
I cried out to the Lord; He delivered me.
Psalm 130:1: Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.
Psalm 50:15: And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
Psalm 34:17: The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
Have you set boundaries for yourself? I have; it helps me.
For instance; trouble can be going on all around me. It stops at my front door.
I will have peace at my house. I set these boundaries when the children were all home. Regardless of what is going on. I must have peace in my home.
When I go into my prayer closet; only I and God can enter. I share everything with the Lord. (Everything)
I make preparation to meet the Lord.
Do you realize that the children of Israel had to prepare to meet God?
Exodus 19:10: And the LORD said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them to day and to morrow, and let them wash their clothes,
Exodus 19:11: And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai.
Exodus 19:12: And thou shalt set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, that ye go not up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever toucheth the mount shall be surely put to death:
Exodus 19:13: There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount.
Exodus 19:14: And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.
Exodus 19:15: And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at your wives.
Exodus 19:16: And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.
I clean up; I cover up. Etc.
There was preparation; for the Priest also.
Exodus 28:42: And thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness; from the loins even unto the thighs they shall reach:
Revelation 3:18: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
I would prepare myself to meet anyone that I feel is important. How much more should I prepare to meet my Savior; my Lord, The creator of the universe; My Creator; My everything?
I prepare to meet Him daily. I am making preparation by faith to meet the Lord.
I go into my prayer closet expecting to speak to God and expecting to hear from God.
I am free to Worship and praise God. It is just the two of us.
This is my own personal preference. I just don’t believe that I can talk to the Lord just any way; nor present myself to Him just any kind of way. Remember; he told Moses?
Exodus 3:5: And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.
I am not Moses. I am a child of God that Fear and Reverence Him.
The Lord hears our cries; He will come down and see about us.
He will not stay in the valley; neither should you.
