Not Only…………………

Has God healed me where I was hurting? Thank God the pain is gone. I mean the Pain in my heart.

I’m talking about the kind of pain that “Only an inside Man” could heal. Jesus!

I had some self-destructive behavior. You know; we can make satans job easier. Wake up and realize whose side you are on.

2 Chronicles 7:14: If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

“But God”!

Don’t get me started on God’s Grace, Love, Mercy, Kindness, etc.

God is; my everything; my all in all.

Words cannot express my gratitude to Him.

There are times; I just feel like singing. Just between the Lord and I.

Be sure you know your own strengths and your own weaknesses.

I cried out to the Lord; He delivered me.

Psalm 130:1: Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.

Psalm 50:15: And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

Psalm 34:17: The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

Have you set boundaries for yourself? I have; it helps me.

For instance; trouble can be going on all around me. It stops at my front door.

I will have peace at my house. I set these boundaries when the children were all home. Regardless of what is going on. I must have peace in my home.

When I go into my prayer closet; only I and God can enter. I share everything with the Lord. (Everything)

I make preparation to meet the Lord.

Do you realize that the children of Israel had to prepare to meet God?

Exodus 19:10: And the LORD said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them to day and to morrow, and let them wash their clothes,

Exodus 19:11: And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai.

Exodus 19:12: And thou shalt set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, that ye go not up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever toucheth the mount shall be surely put to death:

Exodus 19:13: There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount.

Exodus 19:14: And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.

Exodus 19:15: And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at your wives.

Exodus 19:16: And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

I clean up; I cover up. Etc.

There was preparation; for the Priest also.

Exodus 28:42: And thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness; from the loins even unto the thighs they shall reach:

Revelation 3:18: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

I would prepare myself to meet anyone that I feel is important. How much more should I prepare to meet my Savior; my Lord, The creator of the universe; My Creator; My everything?

I prepare to meet Him daily. I am making preparation by faith to meet the Lord.

I go into my prayer closet expecting to speak to God and expecting to hear from God.

I am free to Worship and praise God. It is just the two of us.

This is my own personal preference. I just don’t believe that I can talk to the Lord just any way; nor present myself to Him just any kind of way. Remember; he told Moses?

Exodus 3:5: And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.

I am not Moses. I am a child of God that Fear and Reverence Him.

The Lord hears our cries; He will come down and see about us.

He will not stay in the valley; neither should you.

Giving

Giving

Genesis 28:22: And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God’s house: and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.

Genesis 14:20: And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand.  And he gave him tithes of all.

Malachi 3:8: Will a man rob God?  Yet ye have robbed me.  But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee?  In tithes and Offerings

Malachi 3:9: Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.
Malachi 3:10: Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
Malach 3:11: And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts.
Malach 3:12: And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts.

These Scriptures as well as some others are used in messages about giving.

Tithe is 10 percent of your income. Back in the day they gave animals., etc. I am so thankful to be able to give money. You don’t hear me!

Our places of Worship; our own homes operate on finances. It is one thing; if I run low on finances. I would be devastated to go to any place of Worship and the lights were off!

We all have a part to play! If I don’t do my part; it will hold up the Pastor from doing his part or make it more difficult. I believe all Pastor’s have enough on their plates; without me adding to it!

I believe “I” owe God 10 Percent of whatever I get. Plus an offering, I do not split hairs. It is across the board. When possible, I give extra. Now, I don’t believe that I should take my Tithes to help me or someone else out. If I start to dip; into my tithes you can be sure something will happen. I don’t even like to keep them in my possession. I’m just being real.

I do what I can to plant my seeds in good ground. I feel that when God has instructed me to give; and I give from my heart. I’ve done my part. God does see me and He does know. Now, I believe that my money has a “mission” so I pray before giving.

I do not think that it was something just in the “Old Testament”

Hebrews 13:8: Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

I perceive Tithe; as I want the Lord to be the same to me as He has been in others lives; I can’t ever pay Him for what He does in my life. I just believe that if I acknowledge Him In every area of my life; I can be like Hezekiah if need be:

2 Kings 20:3: I beseech thee, O LORD, remember now how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight.  And Hezekiah wept sore.

2 Kings 20:5: Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the LORD.

2 Kings 20:8: And Hezekiah said unto Isaiah, What shall be the sign that the LORD will heal me, and that I shall go up into the house of the LORD the third day?

2 Kings 20:10: And Hezekiah answered, It is a light thing for the shadow to go down ten degrees: nay, but let the shadow return backward ten degrees.

2 Kings 20:11: And Isaiah the prophet cried unto the LORD: and he brought the shadow ten degrees backward, by which it had gone down in the dial of Ahaz.

I was reading this morning: Proverb 3:6: In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

When we give out Tithes; are we not acknowledging the Lord in that area of our lives?

When “I Fell In Love With The Lord” that settled everything about giving with me!

Philippians 4:6: Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

I do my best to be pleasant at all times; Sound the alarm: Use the Authority God has given you! We do not have to be polite to satan. I already know his motive. he is trying to kill me. he may start out nice; to lure me into a trap. I just had to hang the phone up! Nothing and nobody is worth me going back to what God has delivered me from! Proverb 26:11: As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly. satan’s time is short; he will try everything that he can; to get me off track. 2 Corinthians 2:11: Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. The only words that I have for satan: Zechariah 3:2: And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire? Jude 1:9: Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

Be sure that the Lord knows you: Acts: 19:15: And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? Don’t try to fight the enemy in your own words and your own strength.

The evil spirits recognize the Jesus in you.

Zechariah 4:6: Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

As Bishop T. D. Jakes said; “Stop having a conversation with the enemy”

Let me encourage you! Stand for what you know is right! Hebrews 6:10: For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. Galatians 6:9: And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

The spirit of satan can enter into whomever grants him access. Matthew 7:20: Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Realize that satan cannot tempt you with something or someone that you don’t want! James 1:13: Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: James 1:14: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 2 Peter 3:3: Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, Jude 1:16: These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage.

Even when I don’t quite understand something I say: Luke 22:42: Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

Just remember; God’s will shall be done. With or without you! I choose to allow the Lord to use me. I want to be a clean used vessel for the Lord! You don’t hear me!

What if; God had given you a Word for some; the Word would save that person’s life; then you were disobedient and did not give it for whatever reason; fear, etc. How would you feel? Be obedient at all cost.

Stay within the hedge of God’s protection!

Just know; God is speaking all the time; the question is; are we listening?

Note:

Because; satan is bold an nearly relentless. In his attempts, to triumph over me; I must be bolder and more relentless and have a made up mind! I will not fall. I am taking my time to balance myself; to watch and pray so as not to stumble; because normally, before I completely fall; I will stumble. Jeremiah 17:8: For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. In the Mighty Name Of Jesus! Amen! Amen! Amen!
