Sabbath Day

Just like My Jesus!

Jesus will instruct you to do things; and it may seem to be at the most inopportune moment!

Luke 5:5: And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.

I declare unto you; just as Mary said: John 2:5: His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

John 5:1: After this there was a feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

John 5:2: Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches.

John 5:3: In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.

John 5:4: For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.

John 5:5: And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.

John 5:6: When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?

John 5:7: The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.

John 5:8: Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.

John 5:9: And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.

John 5:10: The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the sabbath day: it is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed.

If you were the one that needed healing; would you really and truly be concerned about what day it was? Mark 3:4: And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.

Isn’t it interesting that we pass from death unto life? John 5:24: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

1 John 3:14: We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

When Jesus asks you a question; you can be sure that He already knows the answer! Do you?

John 6:5: When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?

John 6:6: And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.

John 6:12: When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost.

The Lord does not waste anything, even the things that happen in our lives. If you happen to hear something in a message; that does not apply to you at the moment; just keep the information filed away. You will come to a point that it will come in handy!

John 6:15: When Jesus therefore perceived that they would come and take him by force, to make him a king, he departed again into a mountain himself alone. If Jesus spent time alone What about you and I?

Matthew 5:17: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

The Whole Bible is True!
