Has your conscience been seared?

Has your conscience been seared?

1Timothy 4:2: Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

How do you know?

Can you recognize; yourself in these descriptions?

It is not me; it is the Word of God.

James 1:23: For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:

Do you only hear; the Word of God; to point out others faults?

Are can you see yourself?

Sin is sin.

Not a one of us; can afford to point out anyone’s sins.

I just believe; that God will point out our individual sins; if we ask Him.

There are some sins; we do not really need for anyone to point them out.

2 Corinthians 13:5: Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

I just believe; that when a believer confronts another believer about sin.

Could; he/she be giving you a warning?

There is a way to do anything.

If we; do not set up some accountability now; why we have an opportunity to fix; the problem.

We are headed for trouble.

Again; our motives are very important.

We have a tendency; not to receive instructions from family and close friends.

I want to ask you; who is generally around you?

Matthew 10:36: And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.

When; we come across someone in the church; that does not know us or our situations; and they prophesy to you. Nothing you have told them.

Do you think maybe the Lord is talking to someone else on your behalf.

Yes; He can talk to you.

Don’t make God; come down here and tell you Himself; because He can.

Your/my choice; we can listen now; while we have an opportunity to repent and change our ways.

Or;

John 1:5: And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Ephesians 6:12: For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

We are in the Last days; discern the signs of the times!

Below are the descriptions:

1Timothy 4:1: Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

1Timothy 4:2: Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

1Timothy 4:3: Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

1Timothy 4:4: For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:

1Timothy 4:5: For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

1Timothy 4:6: If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.

1Timothy 4:7: But refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.

1Timothy 4:8: For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

1Timothy 4:9: This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.

1Timothy 4:10: For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

1Timothy 4:11: These things command and teach.

1Timothy 4:12: Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

1Timothy 4:13: Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.

1Timothy 4:14: Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.

1Timothy 4:15: Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.

1Timothy 4:16: Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
