What is driving you?
Is it your Spirit or your flesh?
Make up your mind. When; I made up my mind that; I am going to be ruled by the Spirit of God.
1 John 4:4: Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
When I committed, submitted and surrendered to the Lord as Lord of my life. Things changed for me.
Where; your mind goes; so goes your body.
When; you leave a place, a person, etc.
Be sure to take your mind, and body with you. Don’t you be some place and your mind is another place…..
When; I spend time with the Lord. That’s what I prepare for.
I no longer even try to offer any excuses for my behavior.
I correct issues when I recognize them.
Every choice; that I make must count for righteousness.
It is time out for playing church.
When I knew to do better; I did better.
All scriptures are truth. Whether you or I receive them live by them; etc.
1 Corinthians 6:19: What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Since; I am not my own; that means that I can’t do what I feel like doing.
If I do; I need to be sure I am also ready to receive the consequences.
The biggest enemy any of will have to destroy is the enemy within.
The only way to destroy that enemy:
Mark 9:29: And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.
1 Corinthians 11:28: But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
2 Corinthians 13:5: Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
It requires God to reveal you to you.
How you see other people could be an indication of how you see yourself.
Thank you Lord.
Someone outside of me; may think they know me.
I am on the inside of me, so is the Lord.
I ask the Lord to change whatever is in any of us including me that He sees fit.
Luke 22:31: And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
Luke 22:32: But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
The Lord is the only one that can change any of us.
We are all a work in process.
I began with myself when there is a problem. I correct my issue; sometimes that takes care of the problem and sometimes it doesn’t. The only person that I have any control over is me. I let God deal with any and everything else.
The Word of God speaks for itself.
We all need help from time to time. If someone asks my opinion; I am more than happy to give it.
Not everyone is receptive to receive from God; so when I am rejected. I keep on moving.
Whether any of us will admit it or not, we are all in God’s capable hands.
Let’s help one another in a godly manner.
I stop trying to rescue people because; I realized that I was getting in God’s way.
Pray before you do anything.
Our help can actually be a hindrance.
Be an example of a believer; no matter what your age is.
